ARE YOU ARE NEW SENIOR RADIO & POST PRODUCER?


MAKE, our in-house production team, is looking for a Senior Post Producer. Your day-to-day consists of the full post-production process for big and medium television & social productions, from the first edit to the final delivery.

You are the spokesperson for the post-production, working closely together with our agency, production and post-production partners. Your number one priority is to produce inspiring campaigns that leave our clients hungry for more. Your seamless communication and flexible attitude ensure that agency, client and post-production team are on the same page. When working fully in-house, you are attentive that your colleagues are fully briefed and oversee the post-productions from A – Z. Working under pressure gives you energy and you think in solutions. Your team player mentality allows you to efficiently work closely together with your colleagues.

Job requirements

About you

  • Post producer experience of 6 years in this role is a must.

  • You feel comfortable with taking the lead in the post production process , handling your own projects from A - Z (Start-up, budgeting, postproduction).

  • Budgeting, planning and coordination are second nature to you.

  • You will be in charge of your own projects and also take care of the administration with great detail.

  • You enjoy working with a diverse mix of people, from young talent to senior industry professionals.

  • You are hands-on, a good communicator and you love to make things work.

  • You remain calm under pressure.

  • You are comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

  • You are flexible and punctual, and you like to learn and evolve.

  • Dutch is your first language, and you have a good knowledge of English and French.
